How treatment works
- Free consultation and exam. A complete exam with digital X-rays and AI-assisted analysis (Overjet) to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy before we move anything.
- Digital 3D scan. Our intraoral scanner takes a precise 3D model of your teeth. No goopy impressions.
- Your treatment plan. We plan each step of the movement digitally and show you how your teeth are expected to move.
- Wearing your aligners. You switch to a new set of aligners on a set schedule, usually every one to two weeks, and visit us periodically so we can check your progress.
- Retainers. When your teeth reach their final position, retainers keep them there. Wearing them as directed is what protects your result long-term.

How many hours a day do I need to wear them? Usually 20 to 22 hours a day. You take them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth.
Do clear aligners hurt? You may feel pressure or mild soreness for a day or two when you start a new set. That is a sign your teeth are moving. Most patients find aligners more comfortable than braces.
How much do clear aligners cost? The cost depends on how complex your case is and which system we use. After your consultation we give you an exact price before you start. Some dental plans include orthodontic benefits, and we offer payment plans.
Do I need a retainer after treatment? Yes. Teeth tend to drift back over time. Wearing your retainer as directed is the best way to keep your new smile.
