We start with a comprehensive digital evaluation. This includes a 3D CBCT scan to assess your bone, nerves, and sinus anatomy, and an intraoral scanner (IOS) to create a precise digital model of your teeth and gums. By combining these two datasets, we can plan the implant in its ideal position on the computer before we ever start surgery.

Using this digital plan, we design and fabricate a custom surgical guide that fits over your teeth. During your procedure, this guide helps us place the implant exactly where it was planned in terms of depth, angulation, and position relative to your future crown. This guided approach improves accuracy, protects important anatomical structures, and helps us achieve a more predictable result for both function and esthetics.

After the implant is placed, it is given time to integrate with your bone. Once healed, we use the same digital workflow to design and deliver the final crown or prosthesis, so that the bite, smile line, and cleanability are all taken into account from the very beginning.
